Hi,
I am a Level 4 Clinical Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates Instructor. I feel passionate about Joseph’s Pilates methodology as it has helped me personally and eased my back pain while I was doing lots of running and cycling.
This has strengthened my desire to go further than the regular Mat Pilates Level 3 and dive deeper into the movement analysis part and corrections while moving. I also added Reformer Pilates to the list of certifications.
Together, we’ll work to strengthen your core muscles and learn how to correct postural or dysfunctional habits. We’ll work specifically on your back, pelvis and shoulders, which are the three main areas of the body where we lose micro control and get bad habits and weak muscles. Together, we’ll work hard to make your life easier.
My classes are fun and as challenging as you wish. Lots of options if you have limitations. I always find exercises you can do!
On top of my Pilates, I am also a certified pre/post-natal instructor, Menopause Coach and have a Group exercise Level 2 ETM, Body & conditioning, stretching, fitness Pilates and barre conditioning.
